LoL...it's virtually impossible to get fired...and pay raises and promotions have very little to do with job performance. 

I wish you the best of luck completing it and dealing with the Morrises being the Morrises about trying to keep you from promoting and getting it out.

I'm a promoter by nature and make my sales by promoting products I believe in and letting the products basically sell themselves.I'm not aggressive, pushy or manipulative so "sales" have never been my thing.I was also used to being creative with how I served people (I don't fit well in a box) and there really is NO room for creativity with a license, because the licensed world is heavily regulated and monitored.  

I just select promote and it copies it directly to craigslist.

But then something came over me, I realized even after receiving a promotion at work that I was no happier.

I promote the use of deposit-alternatives instead like Obligo.

@Eric Gamble It's nothing personal really...I just have issue with the topic in general...BP starting promoting this term through Brandon Turner and it's killing inexperienced investors...they think, hey "I'll just BRRRR my way to 100-units"And then I'm fielding calls from a first time BRRRR investor saying "****, my appraisal didn't come back at what I thought"...or they forget about seasoning...or that a conventional lender won't lend to an LLC...and they are busted...out of steam and no more deals for years...just want to shed some light on potential shortcomings of this strategy.
