Hi, I've used PEX in several flips and rentals, and absolutely love the stuff.

The only thing that is absolute is the purchase price.

Now there absolutely are other factors that could alter my assumptions, but that is a huge margin for equipment efficiency differences.Again, my advice is to check attic insulation, check equipment efficiency just to be sure, but then tell the tenants they need to turn the thermostat down.
