Your LLC could be named Mickey Mouse eats cheese, LLC and it makes no difference :-)If you’re trying to brand the name of your LLC then yes the name of your LLC could have a better ring by the name of it.

Since the pandemic started I have been lay off from my job and decided to rehab and 3 BR and 1 bathroom apartment that me and my dad own.

So those folks typically aren't seeing appreciation because why pay X for your house when I can pay the same amount for a brand new home.

To avoid confusion going forward, we changed our brand name to REI Nation in January of this year as it better reflects the fact that we are now operating in seven different southern and midwest cities.

Hello BPers,I'm brand new to the forum, and just began seriously considering real estate as an income stream during COVID when I was at home and bored. 

(Constant contact, mail chimp, Etc.)Prior to contact, I made a branding guide, which included my brand colors in hex codes, and my preferred fonts.I ended up using Wordpresses free media library for a bunch of my photos.

The two main brands of it are Porter-Cable and Makita.

I'm a brand new investor looking to get into a buy and hold property in or near the Portland Maine area, but I don't have much capital yet.

I've applied the 2 personal notes a day which has been great, but I'm just returning to Tennessee real estate from a short (18 months) stay in SoCal for my husband's job, so I feel like a brand new agent again!
