Again, having been personally involved with disasters ranging from tornadoes, fires, floods, earthquakes and hurricanes for over half of my life my wife and I never go on any long road trips without taking a reasonable amount of water, food, warm clothing, sleeping bags, road flares, a first aid kit and other items of self protection.

I generally like red front doors, but not so much with the house's warm orange-y brick color.

Social networking is a great way to meet many people that you would otherwise have difficulty meeting, but it doesn't give the warm and fuzzy feeling of a real face-to-face meet.

I'm bringing my shorts in case it's warm enough.

This post caught my eye so I'll follow it for any developments -- I was just looking at a website of coastal properties for sale in Gallicia (Spain) and having fantasies of bucolic days of warm sunshine, wine and tapas.
