- new item not the same quality as the old item, so maybe you're being charged for the higher quality item that was in there before (pure speculation on my part as you don't give enough info on that item.Window blinds - again, what was broken was a higher quality than your replacement?

Your goals should be purely financial in the end, based on your personal financial needs.  2 - Don't focus on properties...focus on needs.Problem #2:  Saying you "failed" because you didn't get a property yet, with all the offers you made.
