we're rehabbing our 2nd house and it's in a rapidly changing n'hood (for the better) I would like to attract the new tenants that are starting to move into the area (it's close to all the cool restaurants/bars that are opening up). shouldn't I include some of things they would find in some of the better apartments nearby?
