@Jason Owens hello Jason I am in the Philadelphia area and own a multi family unity I am doing a duplex split cause the city currently doesn’t give zoning for Rooming and u can’t have more than 4 unrelated ppl in a dwelling so it helps avoid that.

I think U have more liability there than you do tenants.. unless of course your just not taking care of your properties as you should..

I dont text much and dont like text unless its with critical stuff Like sub contractors or my direct clients.. .. other wise  U get bombarded with text and waste a ton of time reading them all.
