Call around to some RE companies and ask them who a good RE attorney is, you could also call some title companies and ask the same questions, they won't recommend one so much but ask who does alot of business in your area.You might consider getting a buyer's agent and have them walk you through the property and the sale.You'll need to get the property inspected and a Realtor can help you with that as well.But if I'm off and you have more info, post it and we can jump into the deal....BTW, Patel, did you know that means "Inn Keeper" in the Indian language...in India, I recall that from years ago writing insurance for rentals.Good luck...

Its just that need of human interaction to really get going .Unless you have sit through these fantastic sales seminars and got the inspiration well its hard to imagine... much like church.. we all have a bible or some sort of faith based book.. but we still go to a service to listen to a priest , preacher , Imam , Guru ( of the Indian variety) what have you.. because its that person to person interaction that motivates and inspires.
