Once I joined, combined with other factors such as my BP presence, took my business to another level.I think the only places in my market Id consider are L&F, KW, Remax, and Compass.

As a Broker, I have no issue with ethical wholesalers, the problem is many are new and have no compass, moral or otherwise, they just dont know any better, so they end up scamming an elderly person, or an uneducated person, and get a pretty bad name out there.

I guess my moral compass appreciates that more than squatting, but I am open to trying to understand that.   

Suddenly you're the rich landlord, who's taking advantage of the little guy and don't have compassion.

This waay too long thread has caused me to lose any compassion I might have once had for this old bag.

The compassion is one sided here.
