When I lived in Watertown I was right across from a corn field. 

People trust people who either make things happen or they believe can make things happen...that's what you sell.Emerson once said:"Self-trust is the first secret of success...the essence of heroism"Just keep at it...don't let your pop corn start to sizzle in the pan and then turn the heat down ( I've down that a few times).

Do you anticipate fiber cement maintaining its current appeal?

I remember the Grand Ole Opry shows in the 50s, talk about pure corn and horrible humor, it took a long time to get a more professionally produced show like the Tonight Show or 60 Minutes.

Even in rural areas in my state they have fiber internet.

As are cellular towers, fiber, the internet, the local gas station, vape shop, computer monitors, keyboards, search engines, and just about everything else you can imagine.  

These include the expansion of the VIA Metropolitan Transit system, enhancements to the city's fiber optic network, and the development of smart city initiatives.

Most can’t pluck a chicken or shuck corn much less grow it. 

See, apples are great, Chris, but this is an orange and it's got fiber like your apple, but also it's got vitamin C and stuff.

The property we are currently purchasing has the option of having google fiber hooked up for it.
