(In the US we have a phenomenon of "downward sticky" home prices - the majority of sellers will just not sell and take their listing off the market if they don't get what they think they should, only the minority that is forced by circumstances will have to lower the price)  Yup those stats are all accurate.

All the numbers seem accurate, but I'd aprpeciate if someone could take a look at it and tell me if it's functions accurately I found some corruption in the after-tax ROI sections, so I already know there's at least one issue with it.
