Most stuff we see in these properties would cost more to move it out of the home than it is actually worth and people are not familiar enough to post online to list it for sale, andif you ever posted stuff online you know in most cases it is not worth the time or effort. 

You can check the city’s zoning map online or call the planning department.

I use TextMe for real estate leads, Airbnb, and even as my online dating number as well.
