If you haven't started checking out the podcast yet, there's definitely some great info to glean while driving or doing other things.

My goal is not only to glean info but to  build mutually beneficial relationships!

There are subtile things you can glean from the interviews like what personalities see success in which part of investing. 

I had plenty of mentors when I started, and even though I came from a Wall Street background, their generosity in sharing knowledge gleaned "in the trenches" has been invaluable, and saved me thousands of dollars.  

I really appreciate you all as I have already gleaned an amazing amount of information from the forums and the podcasts. 

I look forward to networking with other investors, hopefully gleaning ideas as well as sharing experiences and opportunities with others. 

Bigger Pockets has a ton to offer and I have enjoyed what I've gleaned from the podcasts/articles/forums so far.

There are tons of helpful users on here and a wealth of information to glean from other users.Commercial and residential can be quite different due to the nature of who wants your space.

My questions with it basically revolve around how much $ is still owed on this property...is it possible to glean how much the bank is owed from this mortgage information on the title report?
