Based off of an Economy that’s Inflationary driven, the Prices are Relative to the money in circulation.

Printing more money in circulation (especially with zero production to support it) is the definition of inflation.

There is currently tons of information that is being circulated and not all of it is factual.   

From now on its all about marketing sales and more marketing and more sales training... you have to circulate to percolate in the belly to belly business that RE sales are.don't hide behind text messages  e mails and the like..

The apt I'm in do not have no good ventilation and I can't afford to utilize the air conditioner and can't afford to buy fans like I would need like 2 more fans in order to help the rooms circulate good cool air. 

I have now put a plastic cover on it to stop it from getting wet but those lights need air circulation.

There's a few design guidelines, but basically you just use a bronze circulator, TACO makes one with built in thermostat circuit, and pipe some baseboard in the unit with it's own thermostat.

Basement, boiler room, storage, even closets and means of circulation (stairs) are not counted towards habitable square footage calculations.
