Outside, the cinder blocks are covered by 4x8 sheets of fiber cement siding (HardiePlank), so it doesn't look too bad.I've been renting it out for 1.5 years but lived in it before that.

The moment I saw the deal, I knew it would work out with every fiber of my being.

Just the fiber runs alone would be in the miles. 3000 new jobs estimated.

The problem with asbestos is when you break it up and the fibers become airborne. 

From a construction perspective, I would recommend a Hardiplank siding or its equivalent (fiber cement, etc.) for tenant situations if you are going with traditional siding.
