If you really feel the Itch to get out of your backyard, then partner with someone you can trust to get your toes wet before you jump all in.

I’ve been hanging on that fence for the last three months and itching so badly for the first deal.

My 2 cents, dont buy a property that does not make sense looking at your numbers (dont overpay) just because you have the itch of doing a flip.

Then you immediately develop blood blisters at the bites and the itching is maddening and lasts for days.

Fast forward to couple weeks ago, I started coughing while I go to bed, sneezing, my eyes itch, couldn't basically fall asleep from the cough.

I've bought and sold over 7 vehicles cash, never spending more than 7k for any and they all were reliable.If that won't work, momma may be itching to experience the new car thrill and that's a new discussion.

They've probably seen a bunch of "we buy ugly houses" signs, so that obviously isn't scratching their itch or they'd have already sold.For example, maybe they want to retire.

Got the REI itch over 10 years ago after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and signed up for the $8K Rich Dad Coaching program that boiled down to a bunch of Kiyosaki branded books and tapes and a weekly call telling me to find a local RE investor that is doing a bunch of deals and learn from them (wait, I thought that's what I paid the $8K for, was to learn from you).  

I realize I can really only manage 2 renovations along with everything else at a time, but also just itching to have enough cash flow to focus on my start up and real estate full time. 

Now that I'm in full body itch mode, thank you, that does resemble many of the vacants that I've seen.
