Attendees are responsible for there own food and drink.

some school districts do take reports on suspected out of district attendees registered to an in district address. 

However, understand the REIA won't have a lease to give you:  you'll need to talk to attendees and ask them for theirs.  

My wife and I would be happy to organize the events if there will be interest and attendees.

We've also been putting together an email list of attendees who want to be notified of future events.

At the meeting I attend in San Jose, out of the 100+ attendees there are 3-4 wholesalers, and they don't have any deal flow.I'm trying to get a deal going where I train my own wholesalers to get the deals going.

The closest one to Boston is Waltham and usually has about 30 attendees.

I also asked attendees about other clubs, including those not listed on MeetUp.Don't be afraid to speak with other attendees and ask what they advise.

You had to listen very closely for a couple of those as Phil lightly touched on them and moved on.Of the 65 marketing strategies, only a few were covered, and lightly at that.Of the 10 closes, 3 were covered.The remainder of the time at the event was a lot of stories told by Phil Grove - "I made over $281,000 on this house", but when an attendee asked what strategies he used to make that kind of money the answer was "I don't remember, that was a long time ago";  "I live in a 3.9(?)
