There will be both highly experienced, medium experienced, and no experience attendees, u should not b using any excuse to not cone, especially that one.

I believe this is unless more attendees sign up and then it may be increased to three.

It is held at a place where there would be a lot of professional attendees.

The job of the presenter is to try to spur "action now" in the attendees. 

Almost all of the attendees are house hacking or will be in the near future.
