And I'd have to spend $10,000 to $20,000 I imagine to buy furniture, kitchenware, beds, dressers, etc.  

I did one property in a duplex nice, but nothing fancy, the other side I called the Bunkhouse and put all kinds of Cowboy ornaments in it, like tables with horse legs, western logwood couch and bed, wagon wheels, varnished pine baseboard and trim, stainless steel appliances, hickory hardwood floors, antique oak hutches and dressers,walk in tiled shower with horses depicted on the shower curtain, elk antler lamp and mirror, etc. 

She said she's a hair dresser. 

My wife had her hair dresser in Progresso, MX, 7 miles from our home.

A bed would be the first thing , maybe a dresser and a night stand 

Storage is critical and I would hate to have to walk into another room to get my clothes. buy a dresser/wardrobe?

I’ve looked online but I haven’t really read about why are good setups for rooms(bed size, night stands, dressers, mirrors???)

A bed a couple of dressers and scattered toys remain.  

Then I decided to try a local furniture rental place - Aaron's in my case and they provided a dining room set, living room set with couch, coffee table, end tables and lamps along with a bed and dresser for $380/month - including delivery sand setup.Was it worth it?
