The finding/analyzing property space is very crowded and there are a bunch of already trusted brands in that space.

Are there any specific LVP brands to go with or any that I should totally avoid.

They check that all the light bulbs are working, TV remote, etc. etc. 

I'm brand new to this.

And while it's not always easy to tell from the ground if a roof is on it's 2nd third or last third of its life - the difference between brand new and totally shot is normally pretty obvious.And the cost of the roof should have been more than offset by the interest rates getting lower of the last 6 months.There must be more to that story..

I am brand new and still soaking in all the information and education I can get my hands on.

I totally agree with you on that and am starting to see that truth come to light.

Ask for a light or medium rehab so you learn bids, draws, inspections, and change orders without a gut job.

Do you find certain Florida markets (or others) still make sense at that level for small multis or light rehab single-families?
