I am looking to turn this around after the tenant left without informing us mid lease.I am looking for good contractors in the New Kensington Area to get this turned around so I can try to get some sort of cashflow or fix and flip this.

She seems to bounce to new ones every few months, then ghosted.6) Same as # 4.They supposedly used Constant Contact for the e-mail messages, so I respectfully asked if I can have a copy of the e-mail reports, they refused and called it absurd to request this information.
