After several mistakes in the grant deeds and his lack of communication all the way and getting back to me within a decent timeframe, I made the corrections myself on the grant deeds and turned them into the county, im assuming that they are finished, in other words, they were deeded into the LLCs.

According to the county housing authority website, if they were re-rented through Section 8, they could bring in $1,623 each, for a monthly total of $11,361 - more than twice the current income.The GAI would rise from $66,612 to $136,332.Would you, or the lenders you work with, finance a $500K purchase+rehab with an eye toward refinancing based on a $136K GAI?

Because of their excellent systems having price adjustments based on weekdays/weekends, time of year, etc. and their ability to post on all platforms (including their own website that takes out the platform fee charged by AirBnb, VRBO, etc.), my total revenue went up significantly, despite the cost of the management itself.
