If you are converting the basement unit, the egress is usually the issue, not sprinklers.

What you'll see is that there is a solution for every problem and it is okay to figure it out when you encounter an issue - and not study solutions to 1000 problems and 999 you will never have.

Hey Alexander—this is a common issue with DSCR loans on STRs.

If there are any issues, the local city/county will not be issuing the tenant a business license to begin with. 

One has squatter issues that I constantly have to deal with, and the other has a mortgage higher than the sales price, so I am thinking of going the short sale route or deed-in-lieu, but I do not have experience with either avenue.

Anyone dealt with similar issue before?

It is stocked at home depot and has never given me an issue.
