Is the 70% rule really applicable in the Springfield Mo area?

I currently flip burgers but I'm more interested in flipping houses which is why I joined bp, to gain more knowledge from like minded people.I do have two questions to ask anybody investing in the texas market.

Let me put it another way: It’s though I am proposing to put up a hamburger stand up and hope to make a go of it while Burger King and McDonald’s are just across the street.

Those dollars signs tell us Beer and burger or steak oscar and champaign. 

So, that is of course a nothing-burger and again nobody asked about that since the question was what would motivate someone to buy these deals.

No big McDonald signs or Burger King but instead small sign out front that is tasteful and appealing.    

I think you are confusing the 50% rule with the 2% rule.

If I tell you to eat certain meals to lose weight and you keep eating donuts and burgers, who's at blame? 

Are you going to just go in and order a burger?

What's left are either low skilled jobs like flipping burgers or (as one of the people they interviewed had done) changing tires and giving cars jump starts or they jobs require specific, advanced skills.
