If they went through Airbnb they would be bashed hard.

I love BP, and have found it a phenomenal asset; I do however, dislike the fact that the majority seem to bash formal RE Education.

Josh,i would favor the bashing method.

Please dont become the type of wholesaler that gets repeatedly bashed here on BP and in the real estate community in general.

I truly hate bashing a company, but I feel I owe it to save anyone who may be on the fence from wasting $5 -7.5k and months of their life. 

Not trying to bash on Memphis as I have been there a lot and like the city but not sure I view it as a great market except for yield at this price point.
