Hi, has anyone here had experiences of investing with Aukum Group?

If you could get a house that was suited to multi people living there, the student could be an interesting option to offer more affordable rents but perhaps end up more profitable over all? 

I wanted to share my experience with REAF in Dallas. 

Kindly please share any good recommendations based on your experiences so far.

I manage around 400 rentals with 14 years of experience and have never been sued once.

Too low of price point looks great on paper but typically ends up being a headache and money pit.

It is not uncommon to start a month with 0 days booked, but end with 28+ nights booked (stays are on average longer as well).
