Time, Quality, Budget, and Procedures are not being met/followed/honored and then in a blink of an eye you'll be 9 months in, and your project is at the 2 month mark and your budget is nearly drained and now you gotta find a way to finish this in three months with money out of your pocket or else you will need an extension on your loan which will be 1% of the loan amount and then you'll be carrying a high interest bridge note for 12 months, maybe more. 

My wife handles it from her Facebook.My next thought is to put house on Zillow to maybe get a different set of eyes on it.  

I want to take full advantage of it myself, so hearing some new ideas may be eye opening!

I no longer invest directly in medical real estate, I invest in medical office REITs. 

To the untrained eye, this area looks like it's "in the middle of nowhere" and rural.

There are pros and cons to both markets from my research but wanted some other eyes on it.

For now, since you’re handling both roles, you’ve already got your eyes on the details, but having a second set of eyes eventually can really help with consistency, fewer bad reviews, and catching those little things cleaners might miss.

You can be passive in the following year right away with virtually no risk in my eyes.

Even just reviewing deals on BiggerPockets or using the calculators can sharpen your eye over time.Also, don’t hesitate to ask specific questions here on the forums.
