A few developers here in the PDX market went with this and built out tiny homes in the middle housing zones and those are not selling.. no parking too tight etc etc.. if they want to cram folks in just do what happened 100 plus years ago back east in Philly Balt WA DC  row housing. family every 20 to 25 feet..

I go to networking events, I'm on websites such as thumbtack, working on SEO and reviews to appear higher on Google , have posted flyers in parking lots, and am currently building up the social media pages.
