I am looking for investments in the Hartford CT area and need to identify wholesalers with worthy properties in the Hartford CT area.

Jay's comment at the start of this thread is the most succinct and accurate assessment of D class properties you can make: 80-90% of investors will fail.I bought, self-managed, and leased out dozens of D-class doors in Hartford, CT for 4 years after the peak of the last real estate crash (2008ish) while working a full time job.

Hartford, typically- is a time intensive, managerial headache. lets just say that the reconstruction of everything went nearly perfect.( Which if your first decision is to skip the professional planning process. seems highly unlikely. ) Anyways lets table this thought for a moment.

In Connecticut, or at least in the Hartford area specifically, Craigslist is still the top dog as far as I see if you want to get eyeballs on your vacant rental unit.
