Ladies and Gents,I think it's time to inject a little intellectual honesty into our discussions.

They are anticipated to inject 200-300 million in the near term economic impact on the community.I see big outfits with much better knowledge of markets than myself investing here. 

With all due respect, you can't ignore politics in real estate when politics injects itself into real estate.

Flipping and the instant cash injections from profits are great, but you lose 40% of it to taxes (not exact, just a round number to toss out) and once you stop flipping, so does the income.Look to BRRRR (buy, rehab, refinance, rinse and repeat) at least one asset for every few flips you do.

It is a bad investment when the only way it is positive is through cash injection to produce artificial positive cash flow.

Has anyone successfully used your 401k to form a C Corp and inject those funds into your Real Estate business? 

Many people find that they are already good at something and use that income to inject into the deals of others... 

Many restaurants and investment businesses have been saved with the injection of cash-flow that is available with these tax strategies.  

I've talked about demand for real estate in major cities and a few fundamental factors that are being affected by real estate, but today I would like to talk about how serious I think this crisis will be.As some of you may have heard, we recently injected 1.5 trillion dollars into our system.

It's the lull between now and the unemployment/CARES relief injection that has my attention (May).
