Or the agent will take a hit to get his paycheck, and this will give them the leverage to get what they want.Last time I felt I might have one of these, I set up a camcorder at the closing and startled the buyers and their agent, I could see the what should we do now look on their faces.

I was startled to hear that one quadplex in Ladd's Addition with an asking price of $700,000 that I had put an offer on had received over 20 offers, some with over $800,000 for a first offer!!!

I instructed the tenant to kennel the dog and knew he would not in a effort to keep me out.Surprisingly when I went to enter I was startled by the dog being lose and backed away suddenly leaving the door open :).

The bads.....unemployment is skyrocketing, I believe we are up to over 30 million now, and 10+%, which is startling as we were at record lows being in the mid 3s just a couple of months ago.
