Please let me know if you don’t want your name included I’m not planning on divulging phone numbers or email addressesI plan on notifying SEC that I will be providing supplemental information as it becomes available and one more thing which may be important - my friend who is dealing with similar situation regarding another sponsor shared with me that investors and the broker are making legal case to change the property management company and the sponsor in order to protect the asset and protect their capital as much as possible.

I haven’t seen an investment opportunity presented on these forums where there wasn’t a lender praising the spread (and there are some terrible deals floated in these forums), a completely impractical entity structure floated to be directed by someone they should move forward, the insurance broker ready to sell additional umbrella coverage without understanding the posters business or informing them they should focus more on risk shifting to their vendors policies…you get the idea.
