I have just baught a property in my Country (Egypt), It is actually a Villa and my first intention was to have it for personal use.

My husband is Egyptian, in fact this past Monday we just returned from a visit to Egypt, I just absolutely loved it now I have rested and it's time to get to work.I have always been interested in Real Estate, and am now beginning to take my career a bit more seriously.

The behavioral people call it 'Loss Aversion' and we often find ourselves paddling down that big river in Egypt because if we don't sell out of that bad investment we can delude ourselves (and hopefully our friends) into thinking we haven't lost money... but it's already gone and all that's left is the crying.

my mom's tenant was from Egypt and suddenly deported -- something about employment visa expired.. which bewilders me cause so many Brits get away with it, but not mideasterners!
