I retired from VR-61 a C-9 (now a C-40) squadron.

I bought my first VR in 2015 and now have two VR properties in Scottsdale, AZ (reside in Denver, CO).  

If I was smarter,  I would have them managed by a management company, but here on the island VR management gets between 35 and 49%.  

Got the verbal loan approval this morning for our VR purchase, closing in about a month!  

We love Hawks Cay and many VR in there.

Reading many of the posts on this new forum, I know there's a lot of interest in STR and VR properties.

Anyone knows a Real Estate agent familiar with VR regulations in Miami?

I am looking at buying my first rental property and debating between a single family or VR.

First off, I am not in that business, but as a builder in a coastal area where there are many Vacation Rental properties, and having properties that would work for such a use, I have given setting up a VR a lot of thought as far as what's needed, costs, etc. because I'd like to eventually be able to keep some of our properties for that use as they're in the perfect locations.
