That is an illusion it is and remains LUCK!

Coming out of pocket to change negative CF to positive CF is an illusion. 

I also believe that with the internet and virtual assistants there are ways to weed out people who are not serious at scale.I don't have any grand illusions that I'm going to quit my day job in a year, and even when I replace my income perhaps I won't want to quit my day job...

You may have something holding you back, I’m here to tell you whatever doubt you may have it’s all an illusion.

It is only an illusion that you get more conversion rate per mailer sent.When you understand the logic what goes on behind the scenes you will start to see it.

I'm sure it is optical illusion, but it looks like the roof is higher.  

I do know lots of landlords that have ended up holding the bag waiting for that ever illusive tax refund.

Perhaps it all comes down to cash on cash returns, but I then wonder if that is somewhat of an artifact or illusion if prices aren't growing by 5% a year on average....
