Hi Christopher,From where I stand the best preparation for any OOS investor intending to use the BRRRR method is understanding how critical it is to have the right group of real estate professionals traveling with you through the process. 

The BRRRR method can be powerful, especially for long-distance investing, but it definitely comes with a learning curve since you’re managing renovations and refinancing from afar.
