sorry :-( but I couldn't help it.this seems like some made up trick to get out of a lease, or they watch way too many exorcist movies Idk.  

The iPadPro is great for watching movies on long flights, but not much else.  

The fringes were somewhat sketchy in the 80s and 90s, but they fixed up the downtown in the 90s, but nothing much happened until the movie theater went in downtown in the early 2000's, then people started coming downtown and more restaurants opened and it got trendier.Even at the most recent bottom in 2012 it seemed expensive, but it's doubled since... it's been pretty crazy lately, teardowns everywhere, we just counted 8 in our neighborhood.

Think “we just grabbed dinner and are going to watch a movie afterward”.

They dine out, watch a movie, or spend the day shopping in another city.

And that is the combination I used over a period of 7 years to take a duplex in Denver into a Long Island Sound Movie set and vacation rentals in FL and slowly turn those into primary residences which were then sold for the sailboat we lived on for a decade. 

Love the show "Canadian Bacon" and my wife as the resident Canadian, roars over the movie.

Keep in mind when I tell you this.. you will unlock the secrets of the universe and  .. well you will see..You start by...hey did you see that movie last night?

So, we are going to give her a nice $300 gift card and note with suggestion for fav dinner & movies.
