I've been itching to get my wife a cheap beach property!

There are plenty of people who give the usual “*sigh* I really should sell this house” or “I’ve been thinking about it but just not right now” for me to mess around with a “Hey I’ll give YOU a call back” for me to be interested in it.Sounds like you’re going after a lot of broke rookies and this is coming from a broke (who has multiple approvals for hard money) rookie (although I’ve made about 100,000 cold calls at this point with 1 deal in the books… itching for my second deal!).

I just let that simmer for 2 years then I got the itch again and purchased a 3 unit with the rest of the money.

I am definitely itching to get started but my inability to go see listings is a huge road block.At the end of the day I don’t know if financial gurus would praise me or throw me under the bus, but at the end of the day I would do it the exact same way again due to personal gains.

I've been itching to get into my first small multifamily in SoCal.

this seems to be the case with gurus that promise to be "on-call"...how are new people itching to get into the business when there are so many Gurus' taking advantage of people...it almost seems like you have to be part of a special 'group' to finally get in...

Happy you know  that now you have the "itch". 

He starts asking about the crawlspace and how big it is, if there are outlets and lights down there etc... he reeked of marijuana and alcohol and also kept itching and wiping his nose. 

It's addicting, I've caught the itch and want to keep going.

This forum is helping me solidify my thinking for that first investment I am itching to purchase, I truly appreciate being able to think out loud here and learn from all your insights.
