Following Cody Sperber’s announcement to retire the system last December, I decided to try the $7, 7-day trial that was extended to former M5 users.By day four of the trial, it was clear that the new Deal Automator system fell significantly short of being a viable replacement.

@Kosh Vokter there are a few issues here to ID and then address:1) MTM Terms: suggest you understand & address:- Notice Period: minimum is 30 days, you should try for 60 days, so you have more time to find repalcement tenant.

The higher rate is only carried for a short period so essentially you are not paying too much prior to the refinance.

National Grid is our utility provider, and we are within the same geographic zone, so I found a way to transfer the billing credits to my primary residence as a tactic to indirectly monetize the credits (I filed what is called a Schedule Z to do this automatically each billing period).
