Either most don't yet understand the gravity of what has happened or they are laden with apathy is all I can figure. 

The agent basically said it was comparable to the drug laden prostitute riddled Kensington.

I want more than one pillow per person and the ability to sit up in bed and read (no shelves or weird headboards). 

We did replace the upper cabinets with open shelves which help cut costs but look awesome. 

Can’t wait for the creamy sauerkraut and the Rem-laden.  

Someone else might have enough WFC that they collect more than enough in just dividends to cover their expenses, and they would laugh at your headache-laden RE investments, which they could never scale big enough fast enough to cover their expenses, whereas the click of a button get's them plenty of dividend income to live off very comfortably while compounding the rest. 

Open shelving is popular, but it's actually not that much less expensive than cabinets, if at all.

It's currently about 3.5 feet deep, which is a decent size but given the window placement it does not provide much space for shelving.

Thus, homes below $800k are still flying off the shelves.

When I was a renter my kids broke a couple of the shelves.
