The challenge with sing new opportunities from Los Angeles to Texas is it everything everything can seem like a great deal but It May not be a good deal for you based on different goals.

Giving them a home has no impact on their plight-it is like me teaching my dog to sing.

And I buy hotels all over the country now.My passive income in one month is more than what an average American makes in 1 year.And knowing what I know now...here's my realization that may shock some of you:Small deals (singe family homes and apartment buildings below 10 units) are not good because...1. 

And maybe that extra money is more than enough to cover the super deep cleaning cost.The bar down in San Diego where the "singing to her scene" from Top Gun was filmed has crap all over the walls attesting to that, and the drinks are more expensive.

If they say 'sing now or the price changes', NEVER sign.BTW, I an always skeptic of add ons--eg. go to get oil changed in the car and they want to put on new brake pads. 

Your C class bread and butter properties, both singe and multi-family, are going to be the easiest to get into right now. 

I left my band to be a "householder" when I was younger, but now that RE gives me so much free time, I've setup a solo acoustic guitar / singing act.
