@Evan O'Brien I am answering this based just on data I saw online but if 9/65 units are in the market - that is a lot - has to be a reason.

@James McGovern  James, the best way to identify top agents for new builds is to leverage public MLS data and online toolsMLS Reports – Most MLS systems let you filter by ‘property type’ and ‘status’ (sold/new construction).

It took us a couple of weeks but we slowly increased their rankings unit they were on page 1 (based on search parameters of course) and they got a 10 day booking soon thereafter.We use Price Labs to check out the date of the last booking.

But sometimes, the biggest impact on your portfolio comes from the less glamorous parts of the business, like maintenance.

As for investment groups, I didn’t see anything online for Aurora, but there are tons of them in Chicago, which looks like it is 40 minutes from you.

We are working on out our 2nd win there.

Its probably not realistic for many to sit on the side lines waiting for 3% or 4% rates to return.Those rates we will never see in our lifetime again Id think
