A financial planner can help you create comprehensive financial strategy including 401Ks, IRAs, and real estate, so you don't have to ask strangers on the internet for advice. 

In addition, we did an extensive search on the internet and cannot find any evidence of a "Frank Sichelle" even existing as a person at all.

I would try deleting my temporary internet files in your browser.

Simplisafe is an option for vacancy without internet or you can do something like ring cameras.   

I don't have the answer to that question on CRMs so I'm only guessing you lose all of your work if you lose the CRM.I personally use a database that doesn't need the internet, I back up all of my data, I can load the backup on a new laptop if need be and have my years of data. 

Since the internet lives on forever, I think it's time I refresh this thread.

Also, don't beat yourself by starting "late," you didn't have the internet for most of your life or great website like BiggerPockets.

Or an ai that helps pre-read through an applicant, scoured the internet for any profiles they may have, cross referenced employer info to make sure there a legit business who actually exists, and more, sooo much more..... 

They literally scrape the internet for anything that looks like furniture and homewares and make their own listing for it.
