That does bode well for good neighborhoods in this area, especially close in to the city and public transport.I am a little bit mortified by what happened with my second property, and will briefly recount the story here so that others can learn from it.

No one knows but her what she was really feeling in the moment and if she was seriously distressed at that time, her recounting that would have served no purpose on the podcast.

I recountered at 15% below pending inspection and now they said 15% below if no inspection or 13% below with an inspection.

Recognizing you grew up in NYC and recounted several times that NYC had been down for the count, and came back.Do you think with the current Mayor and double trouble in Albany intermixed with sky high and rising taxes, very regressive quarantine policies, new found ability to work remotely, high & rising crime, homelessness, etc., etc., etc. will not sharply curtail the interest in the Big Apple?  

He vividly recounts what it was like to constantly dig through garbage cans for food, steal money while the adults were passed out, steal food and clothing from stores, and a lot of physical and mental abuse.  

The listing price for both were 65k, I offered 47k on the one that was not rented (now rented for 800 as predicted) and 50k on the rented one.They countered with 62k on both.I am wondering if I should even recounter or if it is a done deal.
