Again, as I said long ago all your doing here is showing your colors.

If this were mine I would just have a carpet installer put in apartment tan color carpeting on the stairs and on the upright portion of the stairs and then put in new moldings along the edge of the walls. 

So ugly but nobody else is using that color scheme!

You can do a search for your local area to find photo prints of local landmarks and also by color, style, medium etc.

Otherwise, if we knew the future, most real estate agents wouldn't have wasted their time getting a license and most college graduates wouldn't have paid so much to get so little out of worthless psychology and arts courses.
