If your goal is only to go back to the seller and try and get more concessions or for them to lower the price, keep in mind that the overwhelming number of contracts written are on the Florida "As-Is" contract, so the seller does not even have to respond to your requests for repairs or concessions.

If you are looking to broker loans - that is why many do it but before brokering a loan you need to understand how to price them, which is typically best done when buying loans - similar to real estate wholesalers, you ahve to be able to estimate repairs and work backwards, with notes you need to also know how to price them and undersatnd collateral.
