Had a lady call the other day to tour my rental unit.

We have a new USPS-lady from Texas and she said her friends back home recommended Milwaukee, which I found interesting, but considered a one-of.

When I went into the property to clean up and prepare for a new renter, I discovered that this lady is legally active, both as the suer and the suee.  

I have been married to my husband for 10 years we have 2 girls together and he has 2 adult girls and i have 2 teens all girls .but my husband got that title when he was 20 now he is 44 but i can tell you from my experience its been rough over the years cause people love to judge but forget how easily something like that could happen to themselves or there own kids .i am currently looking to find a place for my family cause the lady i rented from for 10 years decided to sell.

Hey @Eric Clance the whole post sounds kinda slimy.She is my fiancé, but I am not really going to marry her.I am lending her money from my retirement account, but she is not really going to pay me back EVER or make payments.I know there are rules, but I am not going to follow them, EVER.If you really want to help this lady out, buy the property from her or lend her the money from your own personal account, not an SDIRA. 

The issues are not caused by the 80 year old lady, she is just acting rationally based on the information provided to her.

Yes, people may violate your policy (exterior cams might help with that) but then fine them on the large side.

I haven’t dealt with a turn on my unit, the lady living there views it as her dream house for her 4 kids.

I cringe when I hear stories of people watching their doorbell camera, backyard cams etc., and generally being invasive with their questions.  

I called the new number, spoke to their answering service lady.
