There's so many nice all wood cabinets there's no need to put in particle crap that will disintegrate.

I believe any problem that presents in life is a simple stand-in for deeper issues - issues that are often so enmeshed into one's own personality that their (eventual) resolution (aka transformation) requires a disintegration of self (literally, a dis-integration), and a subsequent rebuilding of the self.

Either of those things could lead to penalties and disintegration of the IRA's tax-advantaged status - so your associate may want to rethink his plan!

It's an expense, but you can pretty much count on the poly disintegrating.
