Well, 8 years later all I got running a construction business is bad credit, more stress lines, and a really, really strong distaste for the industry.

It's an industry wide issue. 

Credit where credit is due, they changed an entire industry, they did. 

It is the most popular software in the industry, and most Tax Preparers are familiar with it, which makes tax season easier.However, many on the forums will advise against QBO.

So that's how you define a "game changer" for the industry, $100 per month? 

One major example of this is shelter and gas inflation, which both industries show is way down, but the CPI has up for September. 

Having personally pivoted into full time real estate after moonlighting for years, I would reccommend starting in the industry as soon as possible.

It’s interesting that Airbnb and VRBO disrupted the hotel/motel STR industry (especially before they were forced to conform with hotel like rules/taxation, and now that they’re intrenched they’re in need of disruption!
