There are lots of properties scattered around the city that would make good investments from what I've seen at first glance.Have you been on Realtor.com?  

Seems like most condos are in Dallas or Fort Worth and just a scattering around other cities.Lots of issues with condos as rentals....lots of rules and regs your tenants may not follow....trash out on the wrong day. 

So I am an out town investor and have a potential deal in play that is comprised of scattered multiple multifamily buildings in Cleveland area. 

I'm usually pretty scattered when starting a new plan of action (I tend to analyze and plan a lot).

I have not had any leads from Furnished finder because I have sporadic bookings scattered throughout the months and so it doesn't allow for month at a time stays.I also listed on Peerspace  which showcases your place for different reasons.

Anyone out there have airbnbs scattered around the country/world AND they self manage?

I found someone that answered the phone right away and was very great to talk to but then the google reviews were 2.9 and it was very scattered there would be a 1 star review followed by a 5 star review.
